CHELSEA’S HOPE FOR CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FOOTBALL COULD SEAL TITLE FOR LIVERPOOL

Chelsea could seal the title for Liverpool when they host Manchester City tonight at Stamford Bridge as anything but an win for the Cityzens would mean Liverpool have won the league.
