Report have it that Gray Hoffman will step down as been the chairman of the Premier League following a dispute with clubs over Newcastle takeover by Saudi Arabian based Company.
In October clubs complained to the Premier League frustratingly on how the buyers passed the owner’s and director’s test.
Hoffman became chairman 18 months ago when he took over from Claudia Arney who served as acting chair following Richard Scudamore’s departure in 2018.
